The idea for the project comes from the relation of the plot with the surroundings. The visual alignments of the site with the other margins of the river delta, full of beautiful natural and urban environments.

The architectural design strives for a spatial quality that brings to the inside and outside of the building.

A circunfrence and a large open-air theater, perfectly related to the main building shape, above, along with circular and irregular water landscape, organically integrating both indoor and outdoor environments.
