Keeping the old-fashioned atmosphere of a 70s house without jeopardising the functionality and comfort of a modern house. This particular house had a fairly low ceiling, so we decided to curb it above the entrance hall, creating a new atrium, and above the living room, creating a library on a mezzanine, from where you can look out over the whole living area and garden.
The windows are now larger, opening onto the garden in a panoramic way, as well as upstairs, where a new floor has been created from an unused attic space. A new suite with master bedroom and private bathroom.
The materials chosen are serene and respect the neutral colours, blending in with the wooden details.
