Keep the old atmosphere of a house from the 70s without compromising the functionality and comfort of a modern house. This particular house had a fairly low ceiling, so we decided to curb it above the entrance hall, creating a new atrium, and above the living room, creating a library on a mezzanine, from which one can look at the entire living area and garden.

The windows are now larger, opening panoramicly onto the garden, as well as upstairs, where a new floor is created from an unused attic. A new suite with master bedroom and private bathroom.

The materials chosen are serene and respect neutral colors, blending into the wooden details.
