A very difficult and steep terrain became a challenge for us to overcome.
With very strict regional and municipal regulations, we had to find a way to keep a certain distance from the road, give access to the garden at the back and provide garages.
All this with minimal excavation, to respect the original profile of the site.
The surrounding views are beautiful and the fact that people can enjoy different levels of the site is a big plus for this project.
Maximum optimisation, with respect for the natural relief.
