A whole complex for a new neighbourhood. Having the main building holding the offices for Proximus and for the Park-In  Hotel, it brings a business character to the area. With all the infrastructures ready to receive hundreds of people everyday, residential program has been added, with a second apartment building on the other side of the public square, as luxury penthouses on top of the main building.
