Where the marina meets the sand dunes and the sea meets the sky. With high-end retail on the groundfloor, luxuous restaurant on the middle floor and enormously spatious penthouses on the top floors, this building wants to become iconic for its purpose and for its footprint on a new seafront of Oostende towards the future.
