Being a new Masterplan in Uyghur, Xinjiang, this new area will be a reference and all the public buildings will help shaping and giving this new site a strong identity. The Archive will be one of this strong identity shapers.
This area is characterised by its different ethnic groups and by its desert and stone landscape.
