Taking into account the surroundings and making this proposal blend in the masterplan, offering high quality office spaces, shopping centre for the public and a panoramic crossing over the road.

The starting idea for this project was one of having an iconic presence in the masterplan, offering public spaces and a lot of different services.

As an icon, the idea of a precious matter being carved is the main approach.

Something that resembles to a black stone from the outside but once it starts being cut, a diamond is revealed.
